ITSI-OG and TENTA Company Nigeria Limited sign Technical Relationship and Representation Agreement.

Johnstown, PA, USA. ITSI-OG (www.itsiog.com) has announced the signing of an agreement with TENTA Company Nigeria Limited (www.tentaco.com.ng) for technical support and representation. Under the agreement, ITSI-OG will provide TENTA CO comprehensive technical support services, equipment and chemicals for the Nigerian market, whereas TENTA CO will represent ITSI-OG in Nigeria serving as the exclusive agent for ITSI-OG’s products and services. This strategic relationship will leverage the strengths of both companies; enable ITSI-OG to enter the Nigerian oil and gas market and give TENTA CO access to extensive know-how, comprehensive technical support, equipment and chemicals from the USA. ITSI-OG will work with TENTA CO to prepare bids and technical proposals as well as procure equipment and chemicals for the oil and gas industry. According to Chief (Engr.)
